Every company who produces content ends up with LOTS of creative assets, but every company is a little different when it comes to where and how they store and share those files.

To that end, we've always listened to customer feedback to ensure we're integrating with the most popular file storage solutions. The latest addition to our cloud file storage integrations is Box, which enables Box customers to easily search and attach shared files within Divvy's attachments area. 

You can find this new integration alongside our Dropbox, Google Drive, OneDrive, and SharePoint integrations! Next time you are in the Attachments tab of a Campaign or Content Item, click the "Attach from Cloud" button to search whichever cloud service you use!

Look for more changes to our attachment flow and integration options over the rest of the year! As always, leave us a 😀or leave some feedback on these changes!

Prior to our most recent update, only a few specific file types (.pdf, .doc, .docx, .jpg, .png, .gif) could be previewed with a single click in our Attachments view. 

We've now expanded the preview capabilities to include MS PowerPoint, Excel and CSV files. An example of a PowerPoint preview is shown below.

If you just need a quick preview of one of these supported files, single-click the hyperlinked file name and a preview overlay will be displayed. To close the preview, click the X in the top right. You can also click the "Pop-out" icon to open the preview in a new browser tab.

In our continual effort to improve your Divvy experience, our most recent software update included another batch of "behind-the-scenes" optimizations that should be a noticeable improvement in loading speeds across the platform.

The most noteworthy differences will likely be when high-volume clients are navigating between the primary interfaces, including the calendar, content interface, and campaigns. Any filtered or saved views also load faster than ever.

As we mentioned last week, we have TWO more new features for our updated Campaign management functionality!

1) Upload Attachments to Campaigns

This one is pretty self-explanatory... All the file uploading and asset management functionality you love on content items is now available inside of your campaigns! You'll see a new tab in the Campaign details interface that will let you upload locally from your computer or from one of our many cloud platform integrations! 

2) Campaign Co-Owners

The last new feature to mention is the introduction of campaign co-owners. This new role has been added as a result of clients requesting expanded campaign editing capabilities and improved handling of campaign notifications.

Prior to this update, only campaign owners could edit campaigns and all users associated to the campaign would get campaign notifications. Now, owners AND co-owners are the only ones who will get notifications, and they can edit campaign details, add or edit Production Tasks, add attachments, and add other Co-Owners. 

You can quickly identify the difference between the owner and co-owner via the orange (owner) and blue circle (co-owner) highlights around the user avatars.

So, why introduce co-owners now? Two reasons:

• It didn't make sense to have one individual, the owner, being the bottleneck for the activity on a campaign.
• It didn't make sense to send update notifications to everyone involved in a campaign (which is often a LOT of folks).

The updates keep coming for our Campaigns management functionality. Alongside last month's update, we added THREE MORE new features this week! 🙌

The first one we're covering today is the ability for campaign owners to archive campaigns. What does "archive" mean? Well, it's basically a mechanism for calling a campaign "DONE". 

For us, it's a signal that tells us it's ok to hide the campaign from various lists, filters, and views. This has been a recurring frustration for our customers over the years... Older campaigns getting in the way of current or upcoming campaigns. 

To archive a campaign, head to the Details view of the campaign and you'll now see a new "Archive" button. Once a campaign is archived, here's what happens:

• You'll no longer see that campaign's spanning bar on the calendar interface
• You won't see the campaign listed in any campaign filters
• You won't be able to associate new content items to the campaign (because it won't be in the campaigns list). 

Don't worry though... Just because we're hiding archived campaigns in specific places doesn't mean we're deleting anything! All your campaign content will still be there. You can always go to the Campaigns interface to see archived campaigns. We've even added a new status option to filter and find your archived campaigns. PRO TIP: create a saved view for your campaign archive!

Sometimes words just don't get your true emotions across 🤮, or it would take WAY TOO LONG to write out all the feels 😥. Luckily for Divvy users, you can now react to comments in Divvy with emojis!

Underneath any comment, you'll notice a new section of commonly used emojis and clicking the 3-dot icon will give you access to the full emoji library!

Outside of your typical comment reactions, we've already seen some clever uses of this new feature, including using emojis to vote on ideas, and rating proposed changes (1-10). So whether you're looking for ways to increase your team's productivity, or you just want to let Susan know that you ❤️ her response, we hope you can make use of these new emoji reactions! 

Our Content Request Tool continues to be a lifesaver for people looking to get a handle on their request intake process. We've received a lot of great feedback and continue to improve this tool!

In addition to our other recent updates (which you can see here), we've added a dedicated, "My Submissions" view that allows you to view and track the status of your own request submissions. 

To find this view, click the Ideas tab in the main navigation and look for a new sub-tab titled "My Submissions." You can click on each submission to see the details and status updates. Please be aware that if you have not submitted any requests via a content request form, this new view (tab) will not be displayed.

Ideas Interface

As part of our newly upgraded Campaigns Management functionality, account admins can now configure specific campaign types to help categorize the campaigns you regularly execute. Having this option provides a few benefits:

• You can filter the calendar interface and campaign interface by campaign type.
• You can create custom workflows for specific campaign types.

Organizing and collaborating on large, multi-channel content initiatives continues to be a big challenge for marketing and communications teams. To aid in this process, we continue to make improvements and add more features to our Campaigns Management area in Divvy. 

In our Spring update, we added several noteworthy new features that have been requested over the years:

• Custom Campaign Types - Instead of adhering to the three native campaign types provided, you can now rename and/or add your own custom campaign types.
• Campaign Workflows/Tasks - Much like content workflows, campaigns can have a workflow or task list to manage any logistics/to-dos you'd like to track.
• Campaign Progress bar - A progress bar is now displayed to show you the percentage of content items you have completed for the campaign. 
• Campaign Comments - Your campaign team can now collaborate and get notified of discussions happening within a campaign.

And if that wasn't enough, there are even more new campaign features coming in our next release. Get excited!

Our Content Request Tool continues to be a big hit with our users, so after hearing your feedback, we've added a little more pizzazz when building your request forms!

We now allow up to 15 fields on your forms, five more than you had available before.

We've also improved the file upload functionality. We now allow for up to four files to be uploaded per file upload field. This should allow you even more options to add other input fields, instead of having multiple file upload fields congesting your forms.

And finally, we've made a handful of UX improvements to improve the form building and management process.
