With so many teams using Slack and MS Teams for internal collaboration, we're PUMPED to introduce our latest integrations with both platforms that empower users to be in the know about what's happening with their campaigns and content projects.

Obviously, DivvyHQ already comes equipped with a wide range of user notifications, and methods for being notified, but extending this into these popular apps just seemed like a no-brainer.

With these integrations in place, users don't have to be logged into Divvy 24/7. They'll get notified immediately of new assignments, status changes, task completion, comments, and MORE right within Slack or Teams! 

Quick note: At this time, these integrations are only available for Enterprise customers.

With our Comments panel being one of the most heavily used features across all customers, we're always looking for improvement opportunities. 

In that vein, our latest release introduced a mechanism that saves your comments as you type, behind the scenes. So if you happen to get sidetracked mid-comment and venture off to another area of Divvy, you no longer have to worry about losing your place, or retyping your feedback. 

If/when this happens, just head back to the content item and you'll see a clickable reminder of your unsaved comment. Click it and get back to commenting!

Our latest software update delivered several requested updates to our Reminders feature! Here's what's new. 

Add Reminders to Your Dashboard

For those who use Reminders a lot, your request for a Reminders module on the dashboard has been granted!

Simply click the Modules dropdown in the top right of the Dashboard and click the Reminders checkbox to add it. Then you can drag and drop the module wherever you'd like on your dashboard.

New Reminder Notifications 

When a new Reminder is created, any users who have been assigned to the reminder will be notified via browser notification (if enabled) and via the bell icon notifications dropdown in the top right. 

Automatic Date Population

When adding a new Reminder from a day cell on the Calendar interface, the reminder's Start Date and End Date fields will auto-populate with that date. This will save you a few clicks when adding single-day meetings, holidays, and events!

Previously, if you weren't the creator of a Reminder, you could only see the title of the reminder within the highlighted bar on the calendar. Now that we've expanded the details, any user can click on a reminder and view all of its details in a nice pop-up modal.

If you're a regular user of content workflows, you've probably noticed the updated look and feel of the Tasks tab within the Content Item (slide-in) preview panel.

Along with the addition of one-click editing a few months back, we've now given the task tab a little more breathing room. There's now plenty of room for longer task titles. Team member avatar icons will now show you who is assigned to each task. And we removed some bloat that made this panel feel too busy. 

We've already received some fantastic feedback that we'll take into consideration for future iterations! Thanks for your patience as we continue to optimize one of our most popular features.

Thanks to heavy usage and great feedback, we've made several improvements to our Reminders feature! These enhancements deliver more control, flexibility, and collaboration options to an already useful tool.

Here are the highlights of the improvements:

• Enhanced Visibility: Now, any user can simply click on a reminder on the calendar to access all the pertinent details. With this update, information is readily available to everyone, promoting seamless collaboration and transparency.
• Description Field: We’ve added a dedicated description field, allowing you to add essential context or additional details to each reminder. This ensures that you have all the necessary information at your fingertips, making managing your reminders a breeze.
• Team Member Assignment: Our reminders now allow you to assign team members! Assigned users can edit the reminder, while the public/private toggle option gives you more control over access and privacy.
• Absolute Time: We understand the importance of precise scheduling. This is why we have incorporated the absolute time functionality into the date field. Now, you can set specific start and end times for your reminders instead of a whole-day event.

Usage of Divvy's Campaigns Management features continues to grow and we regularly receive requests for more functionality in this area.

With that, our latest software update introduced a campaign Priority field, allowing campaign owners to set and communicate a campaign's priority when necessary. 

With this new field, users will notice the following:

• All campaigns have a default priority value set to "Low".
• The Priority field can be set within the "Add New Campaign" form <--this form received an overhaul
• The Priority field can be edited on an existing Campaign via the Campaign Detail view or the Campaign slide-in panel
• A Priority filter has been added to the Campaigns interface (list view)
• A Priority column can be added to your Campaigns views.
• Campaign Priority data can be added within campaigns reports (DivvyHQ Analytics)

Recommendation for Campaign Owners: With this field available, we'd advise discussing any rules or protocols for usage of this field with your internal team. Then review your upcoming campaigns and set their priority appropriately. Need to report on high-priority campaigns? Create a new saved view!

There are even more campaign management improvements in the works, but until then, Happy Divvy-ing!

Have you noticed any new alerts within Divvy? Thanks to customer feedback, we've been steadily introducing new and improved communication systems over the last year that are geared toward improving your user experience in Divvy. 

For example, the introduction of the "What's New" panel now gives us a better way (vs. our Product Update emails) to provide announcements, and to keep you informed of new features, improvements, and bug fixes right within the platform.

We also completed an overhaul of our notifications module, and we very much appreciate the feedback we've received to help users stay up-to-date on their content projects. 

But we've also learned that many new users can struggle to grasp the vast number of features, bells, and whistles that come with an enterprise-level content operations platform. So there are even more new, in-app training guides coming in the very near future to aid in new-user onboarding. 

At DivvyHQ, we believe that listening to our users is key to providing the best possible experience. That's why we value your feedback and have taken steps to address various communication and training pain points. Our in-app guides and announcements are just the latest examples of our commitment to improving the user experience.

Hey Divvy-ers!

Thanks to your feedback, we realize now that some of the notification changes we made in our last update may have been TOO big. And we certainly could have done a better job of communicating what to expect. 

That said, we've reinstated several email notifications to ensure you are kept up-to-date on your content projects. 

With this update, you can now receive emails when you are at-mentioned in a comment, when you are assigned to Content Items and Production Tasks, when you're "Next in Line" for a production task, and when you receive a new Content Request Submission.

These email notifications will not be enabled by default; however, you can easily enable them by visiting your Notification Preferences and selecting your desired notifications.

We are really excited to share this update with you and hope that it will make it easier for you to manage your projects. As always, feel free to reach out to us with any questions or feedback.

We are PUMPED to introduce a new way to stay on top of your most important notifications inside of DivvyHQ!

Near your name in the top right of Divvy, you'll see a new 🔔 icon. Clicking the icon will display the new home for your personal notifications.

Prior to this update, all notifications flowed into the Recent Activity module on the Dashboard. Now, we've separated notifications into two camps: informational and actionable. Informational notifications will still flow into your dashboard, but actionable notifications will now populate within the new dropdown in the header. A red dot will indicate new, actionable alerts.

We wanted to give you a quick and easy way to stay on top of your important notifications, no matter where you are in the app. 

A lot of changes went into this update, but the important thing to note is that there's nothing you have to do!

Here are the highlights:

• We've reduced the amount of emails you'll receive
• Keep an eye out for our "What you missed" email that will let you know if you have several pending notifications to address
• The Notifications (preferences) interface has been simplified
• In the new Notifications dropdown, a blue dot indicates a new notification (shown above)
• There's a helpful timestamp in the bottom right corner
• Clicking on the notification will take you to the piece of content it's associated to.
