Get Your DAM Assets Over Here!
Did you see that Divvy has its very own digital asset management (DAM) platform now? Through the acquisition by Lytho, Divvy inherited an Asset Manager that helps content teams work more autonomously and efficiently, leading to better productivity and improved content quality.
Why do you need Lytho's DAM? The answer is threefold:
- Seamless Workflow 🏆 Effortlessly plan, create, and manage your content assets all in one place. "Single source of truth" might be an annoying corporate buzz phrase, but having one place where anyone can independently find and use the assets they need is just plain smart.
- Boost Productivity 💪 Streamline your team's efforts with real-time access to DAM assets right within your Divvy campaigns and content items. No need to open another browser window or do the "Download Just to Re-upload" dance.
- Enhanced Collaboration 🤝 Say goodbye to the chaos of scattered files and hello to organized, accessible, and searchable content. Direct access eliminates the need for content teams to wait for the creative team to respond to file requests, allowing for quicker content creation and publication.
There's no better time than today to start improving your content operations. Get started now!
Now Available in DivvyHQ: Digital Asset Management - Powered by Lytho

Another Speed Improvement: Select All, Faster
As we continue to tackle speed improvements across Divvy, we're digging into smaller functions that have a bigger impact than you might imagine.
For example, our latest release drastically improved the performance of any "Select All" action, commonly found in multi-select dropdown menus (filters, team member assignments, etc.).
Most users will notice the speed improvement when interacting with Team Member assignments and filters on the Calendar, Content Item interface, Campaigns, Ideas... You get the idea!
We anticipate this will impact many of our users' day-to-day interactions, in a very good way!
As always, we'd like to thank you for the great feedback you all provide us! The more we hear from you, the more we can help improve our application for your needs. Leave a comment below, react with a 😀 emoji, or reach out to us directly!

Spring Updates: Calendar Customization, Login Improvements, and Duplication Flow Enhancements
Spring is upon us and much like the bees in our flower beds, our dev team is buzzing with the latest improvements and bug fixes they've delivered. Here's a quick rundown of a few noteworthy updates:
Calendar Customization
Within our new Calendar Settings menu, users can now adjust some of our default color styles, namely:
- Turn on or off the RED color style associated with "Past Due" items.
- Turn on or off the GRAY color style associated with "Completed" items.
Stay tuned for even more customization options in the works!
Login Improvements
Some customers reported inconsistencies with the "Remember Me" option on the login page. We found the issue and it has been resolved. No more unexpected logouts when closing your browser!
Content Item Duplication Improvements
The duplication function for content items is a heavily used feature and we've received many requests for enhancements. Our recent update has introduced two new options to give you more flexibility:
- Choose to remove text from the Editor in the new item
- Choose whether to carry over attachments to the new item
Both options are off by default for flexibility and efficiency.
We'd LOVE your feedback on these changes, so please leave a comment below or react with an emoji. More updates coming soon!
Communication is Key
Throughout the last year, we've introduced significant improvements to enhance our users' experience with collaboration features and notifications in our app. We're prioritizing users' requests for better visibility and more ways to communicate progress on content projects without users having to be logged into the application.
With these priorities in mind, we've introduced several new features in our Fall and Winter software updates.
1. More Comment Formatting Capabilities
Enjoy the flexibility to edit and format comments effortlessly with our newly added editing capabilities in the comment panels. Create lists or add text formatting and colors to your heart's content!
2. Draft Without Worry
A few months ago, we introduced draft comments to ensure you never lose your thoughts or progress when drafting a comment. Sometimes we get pulled into something else mid-thought, so Divvy now offers more peace of mind while navigating throughout the app.
3. Seamless Integrations - COMING SOON!
We're wrapping up the BETA phase of our new integrations with Slack and Microsoft Teams, which will enable timely notifications about crucial account activities. Out of the box, this sends actionable notifications to your messaging app. We'll provide an update to all users when these integrations are officially LIVE!
As always, your feedback and suggestions for improvements are always welcome. Let us know what you think of these new additions by clicking 😀 😐 😩 below!
Calendar Customization is a Click Away!
Introducing our new Calendar Settings menu! This little icon provides a streamlined way to personalize your calendar experience.
In this menu, you'll find the external calendar share option, plus a few other calendar settings that used to live within your My Profile interface. With one click, you can quickly "switch" your calendar settings and you'll see the changes take effect immediately.
You'll also find a new option in this menu called "Hide Deadline Text." This nifty option removes the descriptive labels under each calendar entry (ex: "Deadline" under a content item deadline). This was one of our most-requested features on the backend of 2023, so we're happy to deliver for our users!
Quick reminder that these settings only impact your calendar views, not other users. Edit to your heart's desire!
We will continue to add value to this menu and the overall Calendar interface later this year. As always, we value your input on these features. Let us know how you'd like to see this feature grow!
