Hey Divvy-ers!

Thanks to your feedback, we realize now that some of the notification changes we made in our last update may have been TOO big. And we certainly could have done a better job of communicating what to expect. 

That said, we've reinstated several email notifications to ensure you are kept up-to-date on your content projects. 

With this update, you can now receive emails when you are at-mentioned in a comment, when you are assigned to Content Items and Production Tasks, when you're "Next in Line" for a production task, and when you receive a new Content Request Submission.

These email notifications will not be enabled by default; however, you can easily enable them by visiting your Notification Preferences and selecting your desired notifications.

We are really excited to share this update with you and hope that it will make it easier for you to manage your projects. As always, feel free to reach out to us with any questions or feedback.

We are PUMPED to introduce a new way to stay on top of your most important notifications inside of DivvyHQ!

Near your name in the top right of Divvy, you'll see a new 🔔 icon. Clicking the icon will display the new home for your personal notifications.

Prior to this update, all notifications flowed into the Recent Activity module on the Dashboard. Now, we've separated notifications into two camps: informational and actionable. Informational notifications will still flow into your dashboard, but actionable notifications will now populate within the new dropdown in the header. A red dot will indicate new, actionable alerts.

We wanted to give you a quick and easy way to stay on top of your important notifications, no matter where you are in the app. 

A lot of changes went into this update, but the important thing to note is that there's nothing you have to do!

Here are the highlights:

• We've reduced the amount of emails you'll receive
• Keep an eye out for our "What you missed" email that will let you know if you have several pending notifications to address
• The Notifications (preferences) interface has been simplified
• In the new Notifications dropdown, a blue dot indicates a new notification (shown above)
• There's a helpful timestamp in the bottom right corner
• Clicking on the notification will take you to the piece of content it's associated to.

For all of our users that log in via Single Sign-On (SSO), we've made a small-but-mighty update to our login page. The SSO login option is now a more prominent button, making it easier to see. Thanks to all that provided this feedback!

We recently released an update to our existing browser notifications to help keep you informed on what's happening with your content projects. Prior to this update, we limited browser notifications to only comments where you were @mentioned.

Now, users who have browser notifications enabled will be notified in Chrome, Edge, or Safari when:

• You're assigned to new content items, tasks, and campaigns
• Comments are added to any of your content items, tasks, or campaigns
• A task is completed and you're next up in a workflow
• and MORE!

If you haven't yet enabled browser notifications and would like to, here are guides for activating them in Chrome (shown below), Microsoft Edge, or Apple Safari.

Did you know there's a much faster way of navigating the Calendar and completing common tasks? Here's a cheat sheet to try out the next time you're on the Calendar!

• Press c — Create a new content item
• Press d — Switch to Day view 
• Press w — Switch to Week view 
• Press m — Switch to Month View
• Press 3 — Switch to Three Months View
• Press t — Switch to Today View
• Press n — Go to the Next Period 
• Press p — Go to the Previous Period
• Press ctrl + alt + / to open an overlay that lists all the options above

When building out workflows in our Workflow Builder, you now have a few more field options that can be pre-filled when setting up individual workflow tasks. 

Thanks to customer feedback and requests, you can now...

• Add a task description to provide more detailed instructions or context for each task
• Set the priority of the Production Task.

These new options give admins even more automated ways to efficiently communicate important details within a content item's production process. 

Our latest software update brought some new things to Campaigns, so let's highlight a few that will make your day a little easier!

1. Deactivate Campaign Types

Account admins can now deactivate (delete) Campaign Types you don't want or need. A few notes about this change: 

• If you have existing campaigns associated to a Campaign Type that you want to delete, you can still deactivate it and it won't be available for newly added campaigns. You will, however, still see it in some filters and views if there are still campaigns of that type in your account. 
• If there are no campaigns tied to the Campaign Type, users will not be able to associate it to new campaigns, nor will they see it anywhere within your account. 

2. Improved Filtering Logic

When viewing a Campaign's content (list view), we've added some logic that makes the filters smarter. The filters will now only present filtering options that are relevant to the Campaign's content.

3. Editing Permissions for Global Admins

Global Admins now have full EDIT permissions for all Campaigns, even if they are not an Owner or Co-Owner.

4. New "Content Items" Column

And finally, we've added a new column to the Campaigns (list) interface called "Content Items."  You can add this new column to see the number of content items associated to each Campaign. 

As if these improvements weren't enough, there are even more Campaigns changes in the works! As always, thank you for your feedback on the application and we'll have some more exciting announcements soon!

Hello from the DivvyHQ team! Another round of bug fixes and improvements are now LIVE! Here's a quick rundown of the noteworthy fixes:

• The "Today" filter on the calendar was showing content 24 hours out from when you were viewing it. This has been fixed. 
• Duplicating a content item would sometimes show a false error alert before successfully duplicating the item. 
• We made some styling changes for more consistency with the new default avatars for team members (their initials).
• Some users had issues editing pre-existing Content Request forms. 
• Some accounts were reporting that content strategy field data was not populating in the Campaign > Campaign Content list view. 
• We fixed an intermittent issue where the Content Item Details would not load when clicking the "Edit Details" button (Sandbox and slide-in).

You may not have noticed, but we recently launched a technical overhaul of our favorite feature, the Calendar!

This update brought some massive speed improvements and some subtle UI changes, including an auto-scroll action when dragging a content item down to the bottom of your screen! This is especially handy if you're regularly shifting content deadlines between months.
